to my face it is flat
then four fingers
one thumb slightly moving

this whole experience is slightly moving
but it’s not really happening
it’s just clammy and
i can feel my makeup coming off on your skin

when you peel it apart it will be:
you with powder on your palm.
me with a giant insecure spot.
and my awkward eyes.
